Representation Order

A Representation Order may be available if you require a Solicitor to represent you in Court. It is available for those cases of sufficient seriousness or complexity. A member of the firm will be able to advise you as to whether or not your case is likely to qualify for a Representation Order. If you are granted an Order then the costs of your legal representation will be met by the Legal Services Commission subject to, in certain unlikely circumstances, a Recovery of Defence Costs Order.
